Refund and Returns Policy
There will be no cancellations, exchanges or refunds unless a) another work was sent to the customer in error, or b) the product is defective.
In either case, the customer will need to email info@sherihankhalilstudio.com and has a maximum of 3 working days from delivery date to request an exchange or store credit after which no return can be processed.
In the event that another artwork was sent to the customer in error, a store credit to be used within three months, or exchange option will be offered, and Sherihan Khalil Studio will be responsible for the return package costs.
If the item is damaged during delivery, the customer will be required to email photo proof of damage and has 10 working days from date of delivery to fulfill the return ensuring the art is repacked in its original packaging and condition.
The customer must email the following information (within 3 working days from delivery date) to submit the exchange or store credit request for a damaged work:
- Order Number
- Order Received Date
- Your Note
- Image attachment
If these terms are not fulfilled, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.
The item will only be exchanged with a replacement of the exact product, unless it is out of stock, or the customer may exchange with another similar item of same value, if he/she cannot choose any item then we will issue a “Store Credit Note” which can be redeemed within three months.
Sherihan Khalil Studio will be responsible for return package costs and will get in touch to organize collection options.
